Kathmandu. Three persons died when a vehicle used in the CPN-UML’s local election victory rally crashed at Myagni, Shailyashikhar municipality-9 of the Darchula district in Sudurpaschim on Monday.

The dead have been identified as driver of the ill-fated vehicle Prakash Singh Dhami, 23, Nabin Singh Dhami, 22, and Hari Singh Dhami, 19. All of the deceased were from the locality, said the police.
